For established patients, whenever you order a product or medication which requires a Veterinary prescription, we will automatically receive a prescription request. We review the request, match it with our records and if everything is correct, approve it.
Prescription request approval requires that your pet be current with us within the last 12 months and that your pet's records indicate the medication or product needing the prescription is correct and appropriate.
Once the prescription is approved, your order is delivered right to your door.
